  Best red velvet muffins and a great coffee. Also has a lot of deserts and the asiago breakfast sandwich or power up are delicious. The staff are always friendly and welcome with a smile.

  My favorite place to chill with friends whenever I'm in the area. The ambiance is actually really nice/upscale and food/beverage selection is great. Outdoor patio in the summer is small given the sidewalk space available but still a nice option to have. The only drawback here is that parking is very limited - so walk here if you can, especially on the weekend!
