  they have recently added another lane to the drivethru and it took over 20 minutes to get to the window. the only plus side of the visit was that the woman at the window was super friendly and gave us new timbits after the original ones had been given to the car in front of us in error

  It's a Tim's. As long as the service is fast and friendly, you're good. This one is great, even when the drive thru is backed up.

  I work nearby, so this is usually my go-to Tim Horton's. This is a newer location, so the inside is really shiny and furnished beautifully. The morning/day shift is ruthlessly efficient and keeps the drive-through moving quickly. I've almost never been in the line for more than 3 minutes. The afternoon shift isn't very fast though, and they will sometimes struggle with longer lines.
