  Heard good things about this restaurant and went in to try. We were faced with a rude hostess. She was staring people down, and using demanding voice. We got a small portion of the lunch special for the kids. At home we realized the potatoes were not cooked at all, rice was partially cooked. In the morning, instead of getting ready for their last day at school, my kids were in bed complaining of stomach pains. Which I know came from the food that they had ate the night before. I would never go back there, and would never recommend anyone to go there. The experience is just horrible and having to see my kids suffer from food poisoning coz of uncooked potatoes is just not how I wanted to start my Christmas vacation.

  This used to be our favorite place. Chicken used to be amazing, used to have an organic option. Fries used to be thin cut and covered in spice now they are mushy and thick cut with no salt or spice to speak of. Price doubled for a foil take away of fries and the wait is ALWAYS ridiculous. Very sad that it's gone so far downhill since opening the sit down area which is also really gross and has no service. After years of loving this place we won't be going back.

  After reading some reviews I figured I would drop mine. I see a lot of comments about the staff and would just like to suggest it may be something like aspergers and not just being rude. Could be completely wrong of course but it seems a little too awkward to just be an attitude. Anyways...
  
  We go here 2-3 times a week for lunch. Yes the kids have priority. They are regulars there every day so expect a bit of a wait. We come a bit after 12 when the first group of students have been served so it's nice and quick on a normal day.
  
  Tony's portions are crazy. The food is great. As far as a menu there is a chalk board on the wall and a hot table menu on the counter.
  
  We go often enough that yes we have had days with under or over cooked potatoes. So if you go once I'm sorry you may end up with them. All I can say is I still order potatoes because you don't get food poisoning from them LOL.
  
  The sauce is pretty oily so if that is going to bother you order it on the side or light.
  
  All in all it is a place you have to go a few times to get a feel for it. I mean i go to McDonald's a couple times a year and it tastes exactly the same every time. I love the jerk chicken from Poleiro's and sometimes I'm sweating something fierce because it is a little different each time.

  Can't tell which is saltier, the food or the staff's attitude.
  Foods decent for a local grease joint. But damn I go in there for a quick meal and there's no menus on the wall. I ask "is there a menu?" And the waitress/ cook goes "no."
  I ask what they have and she says "look at the display , that's what we have."
  The only food I recognized was the chicken so I ended up getting that but it looked saucy so I asked if they could put it on rice. And a side of fries
  I get my food 1min after ordering and the fries I ordered on the SIDE were literally sitting on top of all my food... normally I would have walked away at this point but there's really nothing else around in this plaza except for sushi and beer. So I go fk it I'll eat. It's actually decent food if you like salty dishes. Chicken was well cooked. Meal tasted like gravy and salt. If I take anything with me from my visit here it's probably a heart attack.
  6/10 very greasy, very salty, good if you're looking for sloppy "here you go eat this you pig" sort of comfort food.
  I won't be visiting again any time soon
